Before I started E-Commerce, I was literally living pay check to pay check struggling to make ends meet.
When I first moved to Brisbane, I took every job I could find but always knew I wanted more for myself and to have the financial freedom to live life on my own terms.
From 11 hard, unpaid months trying to figure out how to create success online, watching every bit of content I could find, I slowly paved out a new path within the E-Commerce sector that had been completely untapped.
I remember it like it was yesterday…
November 21st 2017 was the day everything changed for me.
From roughly the start of October up untill this date, I was making about $100 a day from my ecommerce store whilst also working 40 hours a week in a real estate office.
All up I'd probably clear about $1200 a week, meanwhile spending 50-60 hours of my time per week to do so!
The 21st was a Friday and I was at work when all of a sudden I had a light bulb moment!
I was actually outside of a clients house about to show him an appraisal for his house when I had this thought.
Literally about to go in and I turned to my co worker and said “Hey we're going to have to be late for this one, give me 20 minutes!”
So there we sat, inside the car outside of this guys house.
I just started to implement the strategy I had just thought of. I spent 20 minutes doing so.
Then back to work, I put my phone in my pocket and went up to the house.
The guy who’s house it was was awesome and didn’t mind us being late!
Meanwhile, we get about half way through the presentation and I can hear the subtle sound coming from my pocket! “CACHING” “CACHING”
Several times this went off! I checked my phone and id literally made $150 or so in just the time id been in the house!
We finished up the appraisal and I went home!
I can remember seeing a massive influx in visitors and sales that just seemed unreal to me at the time!
Long story short, I sat there on my bed with my girlfriend that night continuing to implement that strategy and literally WATCHING THE SALES ROLE IN.
That day I did $1100 in sales!
The next day, I made $2200.
Then the Sunday I made $2500.
And the Monday…
I called my boss and quit my job.
That was nearly 3 years ago and ive never looked back!
It wasn’t long before I created another store, and then another and another.
I now have entire portfolio of stores that continue to bring me recurring income every single day!
